About Us

The Home Farm Shop at the Eagle & Child, Bispham Green opened in August 2008 in a barn adjacent to the pub in the heart of the family farm. The Ainscough family have been farming around Parbold for 200 years, being a part of the Lancashire farming scene milling wheat in Burscough and making animal feed in Parbold until the mid 1960’s.

Our Meat

Our own beef and lamb from traditional British and Welsh breeds reared in the fields around Parbold, the beef is hung on the bone for at least 21 days and butchered in time honoured fashion.

Treat yourself!

If its chocolate you want we have lots to choose from, flavoured chocolate slabs from Choc Amor, chocolate piglets from James Chocolates to Cartmel Sticky Toffee Chocolates and a whole range inbetween.
